Your Rights (Article 11 of Law No. 6698)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing purpose and whether it is used appropriately
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction operations to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- Object to a result arising against you due to analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
